New Zealand’s first Rhone Ranger wine, made with the classic ”GSM” (Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah) varieties of the south of France.

Malbec’s inherent weakness is that it can overcrop and become diluted and flabby. But our steep northeast-facing slope and low cropping produces a “Black Moon” Malbec that is thoroughbred.

Airfield is the second label of Larose. We produce this mid-price Bordeaux-style red when the vintage is not up to the ultra-premium levels of the Stonyridge label.
